• This tool is intended for individual educators remediating their own course materials.
• Bulk remediation of materials beyond a single course requires a Group Plan. Contact scholaccess@gmail.com to discuss options.

Usage Limits

Data & Privacy

• Files are processed by generative AI vendors and may be retained by those vendors for up to 90 days in accordance with their data use policies.
• Do not upload sensitive, confidential, or FERPA-protected information.
• Input files may be preserved for up to 90 days for service improvement and are not shared with external entities beyond the AI processing vendors.

• The tool provides best-effort accessibility improvement and does not guarantee ADA, WCAG 2.1, Section 504, or Section 508 compliance.
• The user is solely responsible for verifying the accessibility of output files before distribution.
• No legal liability is accepted for the results produced by this tool.
• Currently tested on English-language files only.
